College Immersion Program
The College Immersion Program (CIP) will work with rising seniors applying to UCs and private schools this fall. The program is designed to connect students’ academic interests to their passions while gaining valuable professional skills and stay ahead in their college application process.

After the completion of this program, students would have:

-Strengthened their leadership and public speaking skills.
-Shape the list of schools they will be applying to.
-Attended college tours and engaged with college students.
-Finished all four Personal Insight Questions for UCs.
-Completed a cover letter and resume that will be used for scholarship applications.

This program will run from June 26 through July 28. Monday through Thursday from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm.

There is a small fee to help cover some of the cost yet making this program very affordable. For more information, come to our info session in English next Tuesday, June 13 at 6PM and a Spanish Information Session at 6:30PM. Both sessions will be at the Teen Center.

If you have any questions, please contact Jose Herrera-Cruz at jcruz@ymca-cba.org or (510) 542-2130.
